Anti-Trafficking and Anti-Exploitation Policy
Draft — pending legal review
This document is a working draft written for Feever. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change before launch. Highlighted tokens such as {{COMPANY_NAME}} are placeholders for company details that are still to be confirmed. This is the isolated feever.io preview. Image and video generation are removed. Operator identity, support inboxes, pricing and these inherited draft terms require review before any paid launch.
This policy says what is banned, what we do today to prevent it, how to report it and what happens next. Where a safeguard is not in place yet, it says so.
1. Purpose and zero tolerance
Zero tolerance. Nobody may use Feever to recruit, advertise, sell, buy or control a person for sex or forced labour, to sexually exploit anyone, or to make, share or ask for sexual content involving a child. We remove it, may close the account at once without a warning, and report it to the authorities where the law requires or allows it.
This policy applies to members, guests and affiliates. It adds detail to the zero-tolerance rules in the Content Policy and the Complaints & Content Removal policy.
Draft
This is a working draft pending legal review. Counsel must confirm the legal framework, review times and record keeping. Steps marked “not in place yet” are plans, not features.
2. Where this policy applies
It covers every part of Feever:
- AI characters and chats, including characters members create.
- Voice calls with a character.
- Posts and comments on characters’ posts.
- Generated images and video, when media generation launches.
- Support messages and the affiliate program.
Every character on Feever is fictional, powered by AI, and must be an adult. Even so, a fictional service can be misused to advertise sexual services, reach real people, or sexualise a child or a real person.
3. What the words mean
- Human trafficking: recruiting, moving, holding or controlling a person to exploit them, by force, threats, deceit or abuse of power, for sex or for work.
- Sexual exploitation: selling, buying or arranging sexual contact or content in a way that exploits someone, such as a person who is forced, tricked, controlled by another, or a child.
- Child: anyone under 18, whatever the age of majority or consent where they live.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any image or video showing a child in a sexual way, real, drawn or AI-made. On Feever we also ban sexual text and role-play involving a child, or a character who seems to be one.
- Intimate images shared without consent: sexual or nude images or video of a real person, made or shared without their consent, including AI fakes.
4. The law behind this policy
We follow the anti-trafficking and child-protection laws that apply to us. Examples, not a full list:
- United States: the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (22 U.S.C. § 7101 and following); 18 U.S.C. § 1591, sex trafficking of children or by force, fraud, or coercion; and 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, on reporting apparent child sexual exploitation to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
- United Kingdom: the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
- International: the UN Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons Especially Women and Children (General Assembly resolution 55/25, 2000).
Which laws apply to {{COMPANY_NAME}} ({{JURISDICTION}}) and to its members is for counsel to finalise.
5. What is never allowed
These are banned everywhere on Feever. The wider list is in the Content Policy.
Trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation
- advertising, offering, arranging or asking for sex in return for payment, including escort-style offers, in plain words or in code;
- recruiting or grooming anyone for sex work or forced labour, including with fake offers of jobs, modelling, travel, papers or “content work”;
- praising trafficking, debt bondage, forced labour or sexual servitude, or explaining how to do them.
Children
- any sexual or romantic content involving a child, or a character who is, looks, is described as or acts like one, whether AI-generated, drawn or written, and whenever an age is unclear, including code words or other tricks to suggest youth or get round our age rules;
- using Feever when you are under 18.
Consent and real people
- sexual content about a real person without their consent, including celebrities and AI fakes of a real face or voice, and sharing intimate images of anyone without their consent;
- sexual violence or coercion presented as real, or as the point of the content.
Helping others
- sharing, asking for or linking to child sexual abuse material, intimate images shared without consent or trafficking material, or sending people to any of the above, on or off Feever;
- promoting Feever with content that breaks these rules. Affiliates may only promote to adults (Affiliate Program Terms).
6. How we prevent it today
These safeguards exist today. They lower the risk; they do not remove it.
| Safeguard | How it works today |
|---|---|
| Age confirmation | The sign-in sheet says that by continuing you confirm you are 18 or older, and creating an account records that on our server, with the date. Visitors are also asked to confirm it; that answer stays in your browser. |
| Mature content is opt-in | Off by default. To turn it on you tick a box saying you are 18+ and agree to the Terms. Our server refuses the change without it and records it on your account. |
| Checks on characters and prompts | A character must be 18 or older. Its details, and every prompt for an image or video, are checked against lists of words and phrases linked to minors, non-consent, incest, exploitation and extreme violence (English and French), and refused on a match. These checks miss things and can block harmless text. |
| Instructions to the AI | Every character is told it is a fictional adult, must never claim to be a real person, and must refuse unsafe requests. A language model can be talked around, so we do not rely on this alone. |
| Reports and staff review | Anyone can report content (section 8). Reports go to a staff queue. Reports marked “Looks underage”, “Non-consensual or a real person” and “Illegal content” also email our support inbox at once. |
| Affiliate approval | Affiliates apply and are approved before their link is recorded. The application asks them to confirm they are 18 or older and accept the Affiliate Program Terms. |
Not an ID check
None of these is an ID check. Age confirmation is a statement you make to us, and we cannot verify it. We do not ask for ID or check your age with a third party today.
Not in place yet. Two planned steps, not features today:
- Stronger age checks where the law requires them. Where the law of a member’s country requires age verification, we will add it, for example through a third-party provider. No provider is chosen and no such check is live.
- Identity checks for affiliate payees. Affiliate payouts are not live yet. When they start, each payee will have to verify their identity before the first payout.
7. Warning signs
One sign alone proves nothing, but a clear sign, or several together, is a reason to report:
- prices, rates, schedules, places or “menus” of services;
- talk of debt, taken papers or money, limits on movement, threats to family, or not being free to leave;
- offers of jobs, modelling, travel, visas or housing that depend on sexual activity;
- any sign that a person is under 18: school, curfews, guardians, a stated age;
- someone speaking for another person, or a hint that someone is being held or forced.
Today we learn about problems mainly through reports, support messages and the keyword checks in section 6. We do not read chats as a matter of routine (Privacy Policy).
8. How to report
Anyone can report. If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first; Feever is not an emergency service.
- The Report control in Feever. It is on a character’s saved replies in a chat (not on your own messages), on characters, images and videos, posts, and other members’ comments. Members and guests can use it. Choose a reason and add details (up to 1,000 characters). For trafficking or exploitation choose “Illegal content”, or “Looks underage” or “Non-consensual or a real person” where they fit. There is no Report control inside a voice call.
- The Support form: report content or raise a safety concern. It asks for your email address, a topic and a message. No account is needed.
- Email: support@feever.io with the subject “Content report”.
How fast we review. Reports about a minor, a real person shown without consent, non-consensual intimate content, or danger to someone are reviewed first, within 24 hours. A report that someone is being trafficked or forced is a report of danger, so we treat it the same way. Everything else is reviewed within 7 days. Both are draft targets, not guarantees (Complaints policy).
Reports are confidential: we will not tell the person who is reported who made the report, unless the law requires.
9. What we do when we find it
- We review the report. Our staff queue shows the reason, details, who reported and when, and a copy of what was reported.
- We record a decision. A reviewer marks the report actioned or dismissed and can add a note. Each change goes into an audit log.
- We act. We may hide or remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts (section 12). The queue only records the decision; hiding content and closing accounts are separate steps.
- We report to the authorities where the law requires or allows it, such as child sexual abuse material or credible threats to life. Where United States law applies, apparent child sexual exploitation goes to the NCMEC CyberTipline. Feever’s software has no automatic link to any authority: a person on our team makes these reports.
10. Working with law enforcement
We work with law enforcement and child-protection organisations where required. In line with the Privacy Policy, we disclose data when the law requires, to respond to valid legal process, to report child sexual abuse material or other serious harm, or to protect someone’s safety.
Authorities can write to support@feever.io, or to {{COMPANY_NAME}}, {{COMPANY_ADDRESS}}, saying who they are, what they need and by when.
11. Records
For each report we keep the reason and details; who sent it (an account or a guest session) until that account is deleted; a copy of what was reported; the reviewer’s decision, note and time; and an audit-log entry for each change of status.
How long. For as long as needed to enforce our rules, handle appeals and meet legal duties. Records can outlive an account, limited to what is necessary. This is the rule in the Privacy Policy; no fixed period is set yet.
12. What happens when this policy is broken
- Content is hidden or removed.
- Accounts can be restricted, suspended or permanently closed, at once and without a warning for zero-tolerance violations (what we do about violations).
- The authorities are told where the law requires or allows it (section 9).
- Appeals are possible within 30 days, except for a ban for something we must report to the authorities (Complaints policy).
- Affiliates can be suspended or ended. We may cancel pending and approved commission and reverse any that is not yet paid (Affiliate Program Terms).
