Draft — pending legal review

This document is a working draft written for Feever. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change before launch. Highlighted tokens such as {{COMPANY_NAME}} are placeholders for company details that are still to be confirmed. This is the isolated feever.io preview. Image and video generation are removed. Operator identity, support inboxes, pricing and these inherited draft terms require review before any paid launch.

If something on Feever breaks our rules, harms you, or shows you without your consent, tell us. This page explains how to report it, what we do, and how to appeal.

1. How to report content

You do not need an account to report. Use either of these and we will treat them the same way:

A good report includes:

  1. Where it is: a link to the character, post, image or comment, or the name of the character and a description. If it was in a private chat, say which character and roughly when.
  2. What is wrong: which rule it breaks, if you know. See the Content & Community Policy.
  3. Who you are, and how to reach you: an email address is enough. You can also ask us not to reply.
  4. If it is about you: that you are the person shown, or who owns the work. We may ask you to confirm, to avoid removing something because of a false claim.

Copyright complaints follow a legal process. Please use the DMCA policy for those.

2. Who can ask for something to be removed

Who can report
If you are…You can ask us to remove…
A real person who appears in contentAny image, video, character or text that uses your name, face, voice or likeness without your consent. Intimate or sexual content made of you or looking like you is removed as a priority. You do not need an account, and you do not need to prove that the content was made with AI.
A parent or guardianAnything involving a minor, or any account of a minor. Please tell us at once. We close the account and remove the content.
A copyright ownerCopies of your work: use the DMCA policy.
A Feever memberContent aimed at you that harasses, threatens, or shares your private information.
AnyoneContent that breaks the Content & Community Policy, whatever it is about.

3. How fast we review

Review times (draft values)
Kind of reportWe aim to review within
A minor, a real person shown without consent, non-consensual intimate content, or danger to someone24 hours
Everything else7 days

Draft values

The 7-day review time is a draft value, and the 24-hour priority time is a target, not a guarantee. We may take longer when we need more information. The final times will be confirmed before launch.

For the most serious cases, we may hide the content straight away while we look into it, and then restore it if the report turns out to be wrong.

4. What happens next

  1. We check your report against our rules, and the content itself.
  2. We decide. We may remove or hide the content, restrict or end the account that made it, or decide that it does not break the rules.
  3. We tell you what we decided, if you gave us a way to reach you, and what we did in general terms. We do not tell you details about another person’s account.
  4. We keep a record of the report and decision, for as long as we need it to enforce our rules and to handle appeals.

Where the law requires or allows it, we pass reports to the authorities, such as child sexual abuse material or credible threats to life.

Reports about human trafficking or sexual exploitation are also covered by the Anti-Trafficking and Anti-Exploitation policy.

5. Appeals

If we removed your content or restricted your account and you think we got it wrong, or we declined to remove something that you reported, you can ask us to look again within 30 days of the decision.

  • Reply to the message we sent you, or use the Support form or support@feever.io. Say what you think we got wrong and add anything new.
  • A different reviewer, who was not involved the first time, looks at the appeal.
  • We tell you the result. If we change our decision, we restore the content or account, or remove the content you reported.
  • Some decisions cannot be appealed: bans for content we must report to the authorities, or where the law stops us from reconsidering.

Draft value

The appeal window is a draft value, to be confirmed with legal advice.

6. False or abusive reports

Please report in good faith. Sending many false reports to get a person or content removed, or to harass someone, breaks our rules and can lead to restrictions on your account. Nothing here limits your legal rights or stops you from going to the authorities or a court.
