About investigator AI characters

Investigator characters are detectives and mystery solvers: private investigators with a drawer of closed cases, analysts who see patterns first, amateur sleuths who cannot leave a question alone. They are fictional characters made by AI, all 18 or older, and each story is built on what they have seen: a client who lied, a case that still bothers them, trust earned case by case. Many talk in dry, clipped sentences, watch what you leave unsaid and keep some warmth under the sarcasm.

Detective and investigator are good words to type into search, which matches names and roles. Pick a hook that sets up a situation or a mood, then open the profile for the backstory, which shows whether a character is guarded, sardonic or genial. In Filters, look under Personality for Mysterious or Intellectual, and use the age range if you want a seasoned veteran or someone newer to the work.

Mysteries suit roleplay. Say what the case is, such as a missing letter, a locked study or a witness who changed their story; you steer, and the character stays in its profile’s tone and asks you questions in return. Memory notes work like a case file you control: short, about you, and yours to read, edit or delete. Guest access runs to 10 messages in total, and a free account gets 30 a day.

Questions, answered

What are investigator AI characters on Feever?
Fictional detectives and mystery solvers: private investigators, analysts and amateur sleuths who cannot leave a question alone. None is a real investigator. All are written and generated by AI, and all are 18 or older.
Can I work through a mystery with an investigator character?
Yes. Tell the character what the case is, a missing painting, say, or a forged letter, and it plays along in its own tone, asking questions, weighing clues and pushing back when your theory has a hole. The story is invented as you go, and you can steer it or change the subject whenever you like.
Can an investigator character look into a real person or a real case?
No. The mysteries are fiction made up in the chat, and a character cannot search records or look anyone up. If you need help with a real matter, contact the authorities or a licensed professional.
Is it free to chat with an investigator character?
The first conversation costs nothing: guests have 10 messages in total, and a free account has 30 a day. Premium has no daily limit, with a fair-use guard. Feeves, the virtual currency, are for optional extras only, and the price is shown first.
Does an investigator character keep a file on me?
What a character carries between chats is a set of short memory notes, such as your name and what you like, and they are yours to control: read them, edit or delete any note, or ask the character to forget everything. The conversation itself stays in your chats list, private to your account, and your data is not sold or used for advertising.
